Our food is freshly prepared in-house using quality ingredients from local and Welsh suppliers and responsibly sourced ingredients wherever possible.

Our bar is stocked with local coffee, Welsh ales, lagers, gins, rums, signature cocktails, and some old favourites, with selective wines that have been carefully chosen by our volunteer wine specialist, Renato Howard. We also serve cocktails, inlcuding some signature cocktails.

We’re also carbon footprint conscious, and run our hotel with the environment in mind, making the Boathouse Hotel an obvious choice for anyone wanting a greener approach to their celebration. We even offer you the option of offsetting the carbon footprint of your function.
