Our Local and Welsh Suppliers

Small, local businesses are key to supporting not only the environment, but also local economies, so we use many local and Welsh suppliers across all sections of the hotel, bar and restaurant, from gins, rums, ales, soft drinks, meat, fish, and fruit, to linen, heating oil, website, and maintenance.

The team taste test all our food and we don’t compromise on quality – we’re too fussy for that! The team have also taste-tested our signature cocktails on more than one occasion too, so the shots and long cocktails are worth a shot (pun intended!).
